There are two major intakes in most of the universities and colleges in Canada — Fall (starts in September) and Winter (starts in January). Deadlines for these intakes vary from institution to institution.

Generally, the deadlines for Fall intake are between January and April and deadlines for Winter intake are between June and September. It takes about 8 to 12 weeks for an application to be processed in Universities and colleges require about 2 to 4 weeks to process an application.

Bachelor's & Master's (University)

  • dot 10th (attested by Principal in sealed cover)

  • dot 10+2 / Diploma (attested by Principal in sealed cover)

  • dot Bachelors / Masters — individual mark sheets (Attested by Controller / Registrar in sealed cover)

  • dot Consolidated/Provisional/Degree/Course Completion (Attested by Controller / Registrar in sealed cover)

  • dot IELTS/TOFEL & GRE/GMAT Xerox copies with attestation (Official score reporting to the university is required)

  • dot Statement of Purpose

  • dot CV / Resume

  • dot Experience Letter (if any / if required)

  • dot Passport Xerox (1st & Last Pages) — with attestation

  • dot Extra-curricular Certificates (if any)

  • dot Passport size Photo

Recommendation Letters — 3 in sealed covers

  • dot 1st from Professor/Ass-Professor/Lecturer — who has taught the student.

  • dot 2nd from HOD (Head of Department)

  • dot 3rd from Principal

Diploma (College)

  • dot 10th (attested by Principal in sealed cover)

  • dot 10+2 / Diploma (attested by Principal in sealed cover)

  • dot Bachelors/Masters — Individual & Consolidated Mark sheet, Provisional Certificate or Degree Certificate.

  • dot TOEFL / IELTS Score copy

  • dot Passport Xerox (1st & Last Pages) — with attestation

  • dot Statement of Purpose

  • dot CV / Resume

Recommendation Letters — 3 in sealed covers

  • dot 1st from Professor/Ass-Professor/Lecturer — who has taught the student
